We are looking to fabricate an above ground pool with steel frame & vinyl liner, size 17'x9'x3.5'. Can you provide an offer & a comment on technical limitations, possibilities & any other suggestions. This will need to be cut in places for filtration, heating circuits, skimmers etc & also swimn jets ( counter currents ).
